Ordering Process
Let's get started!
Step 1
Please indicate the design you have chosen for your gear and the colours you want that design to be produced in.
Step 2
Tell us what you want to order including sizes and quantities. Note that we keep all artwork, so reordering or adding to an existing order is easy.
We require any names or numbers you wish to have included and the positioning of each, such as left sleeve, back, left chest etc.
For example:
• Men's small jacket, 2 ply, quantity 3, name on back: SMITH, number: 7
• Women's medium short sleeve 1/4 zip shirt, quantity 2, name on sleeve: JANE
Step 3
Submit vector art for all logos and graphics that are to be included in the final product. This would include sponsor logos, club logos, personal logos, URLs, and any other graphics.
Give us an indication of where you would like the graphics to be positioned on the garments. Keep in mind that logo placement and orientation on long sleeves may be different than on short sleeves.
Please note that when you send us company logos you are assuring us that you have permission from those companies to use their logos.
Step 4
Provide us with a shipping address or indicate to us that someone will pick up the product at our location. Our manufacturing is done in Nepean (Ottawa) Ontario.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is largely dependent on the time of year and the size of the order. An ordinary order will take 2 - 3 weeks from when the mockup is approved, but large orders or orders placed in the busiest months can take 4 - 6 weeks.
Where is Elite Curling gear manufactured?
From fabric, to design, to sewing, our gear is made right here in Canada.
What payment methods are accepted?
Invoices can be paid either via cheque or e-transfer. Details will be on the invoice.
Please note we do not take credit card payment at this time.
What is dye sublimation?
Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly between the solid and gas states without passing through the liquid state. Dye sublimation utilizes this process to create the brilliant — and permanent — images you see on our sublimated products. Dyed right into the fabric, the colours won't come out in the wash.
What causes pilling?
Hook and loop fastener — for example, Velcro — can cause pilling on a garment. Dye sublimation dyes the top surface of the fabric, so when the hooks start to pick at the fabric, the white underneath will start to show, making the pilling more obvious. Gloves are the main culprit.
How long will you keep my design?
Forever! Once we've done a design for you, it's kept in our files for good. No matter whether it was a design for doubles or a club, we're ready for reorders at any time. And with no minimum order, it's never an issue to outfit a new teammate.
